Event Rules

1. Both players are equally responsible for arranging their tie. There is no "challenger".
2. Matches must be played by dates shown on Gullane No.1. The final will be played on Friday 14 August 2026.
3. Contact the Starter at Gullane No.1 to arrange your tee time once you have agreed a date and time with your opponent on 01620 843115.
3. Matches must be played from white markers.
4. Current handicaps shall apply with a maximum WHS Index allowance of 18.3.
5. Stroke allowance: Full difference in handicaps. Strokes to be taken as per stroke allowance on card.
6. In the event of a match being all square after 18 holes, it shall continue, under handicap, until a hole is won.
7. In all matters regarding the Competition, the decision of the Ladies Cup Committee is final. For any queries, please contact office@gullanegolfclub.com
8. Range balls will be available up to 45 mins prior to tee time. No practice rounds are available.
